Export verifications, transactions, people, companies, cases and events as CSV from the Reports page, schedule recurring reports and draft compliance reports.

Click **Reports** in the sidebar, then **New report**. Pick the data, the
filters and the date range, and Didit builds the CSV in the background. When it
reads **Ready**, press **Download CSV**. Reports are kept for a limited number of
days, shown at the bottom of the list, so download what you need to keep.

*Reports: every export you've requested, with its status and a download button.*

## Creating an export

1. **Open Reports**

   Click **Reports** in the sidebar.

2. **Press New report**

Choose **Custom report** to pick the data yourself, or **Export verifications** to export exactly what your current filters on the verifications list show.

3. **Pick what goes in it**

Choose the data (verifications, business verifications, transactions, people, companies or events, plus cases where case management is available), the filters and the date range.

4. **Download it when it's ready**

The report builds in the background: the row shows **Generating** with a progress bar, then **Ready**. You can leave the page meanwhile. Press **Download CSV** to get the file.

Exports are CSV files. You can also start an export from the list you're looking at: **Export this view** on the verifications list, or **Export** after selecting rows, both land on the Reports page.

## Finding and reusing reports

Filter the list by type or status, or search by report ID or by who requested it. Each report can be downloaded again, run again with the same filters, or deleted. A **Failed** report can be retried.

## Scheduled and compliance reports

Where available, Reports also offers:

- **Scheduled reports**, emailed to your team daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. Pause, resume or delete a schedule from the **Scheduled** tab.
- **Compliance reports**, such as a SAR or STR draft, a currency transaction report, a KYC and KYB records report, or logs of AML screening, sanctions and PEP hits and Travel Rule transfers.

A compliance report can be a CSV, JSON or PDF file, or the regulator's own format, and downloads with **Download files**. It is a file for your team to review and file. Didit does not submit anything to a regulator or financial intelligence unit for you.

## A single verification as a PDF

For one session's full result as a PDF, use **Download PDF report** on the verification itself. See [downloading a verification report](https://help.didit.me/verification-sessions/download-verification-report).

## Who can export

Anyone who can read verifications, transactions, people or companies can open Reports and download the reports they're allowed to see. Creating a new export needs write access to that kind of data, so someone with read-only access can download ready reports but not create new ones. See [inviting team members and setting roles](https://help.didit.me/account-organization/team-members-and-roles).
