What Didit Copilot can do in the console

Every action Didit Copilot can take for you on screen, grouped by console area, and which ones you confirm first.

Short answer

Didit Copilot can navigate the console, filter lists, open records and dialogs, and edit the workflow or questionnaire you have open. Actions marked you confirm only open a prefilled dialog or an approval card: nothing is submitted until you press the button.

This list is generated from the console itself, so it always matches what Copilot can do today. For approvals, undo and attachments, see how Didit Copilot works.

Note

What Copilot can do depends on your role, your plan, the features enabled for your application and the page you are on. When an action is not available to you, Copilot says so instead of doing it.

#Anywhere in the console

  • See the page you are on, go to any area or in-page tab, go back, or open the global search.
  • Switch to another organization or application.
  • Point at a button or setting so you can see where it is.
  • Ask you to choose between options with a card instead of a long question.
  • Change the theme, the console language or the sidebar, show or hide table columns, and discard unsaved edits on the current page (you confirm).
  • Open the getting-started guide, start its tour or mark a step as done.
  • Open the export, CSV import or file-upload dialogs of the page you are on, with a file you attached in the chat (you confirm).

#Workflows

  • Open a workflow or start a blank one, and turn a published workflow into an editable draft (you confirm).
  • Build or change a graph workflow on the canvas: add, update, connect and delete steps, or lay out a whole flow at once. Every change is one undo step.
  • Configure a simple workflow: turn features on or off, change their thresholds and actions, restrict countries and documents, and set Database Validation countries.
  • Change workflow settings such as the redirect URL, white label or retries.
  • Read and explain the workflow you have open, highlight a step and list validation issues.
  • Save or publish the workflow with the editor's own button (you confirm).
  • Duplicate a workflow into a new draft, archive, rename or copy it to another application (you confirm), and share its verification link.

#Questionnaires

  • Open a questionnaire and edit it: add, change and delete questions and sections, set its languages, undo and redo.
  • Read the questionnaire, highlight a node and list validation issues.

  • Filter the verifications, users and business profiles lists by status, country, workflow, date or search.
  • Open a verification session, a user or a business profile.
