Ask Didit Copilot to triage the Investigator queue, explain or accept a report, add notes, tune autonomy and policy, and start backtests, with your approval.

Short answer

Open Ask Didit on the Investigator page and pick a suggestion, or ask in your own words. Copilot reads the queue, every report and every Investigator tab, and can do what their buttons do, also on a case, transaction or verification that shows an Investigator report. Anything that decides an item or changes your configuration shows a Confirm this action card first, and nothing changes until you press Approve.

Note

The Investigator is rolling out one feature at a time. If a tab or an action is not available for your application, Copilot says so instead of doing it.

#Suggested for this page

When you open Copilot on the Investigator, it offers four starting points. Type / in the chat to run them as commands.

SuggestionWhat Copilot does
Triage the queueGoes through the queue, separates what is ready to accept from what needs your judgement, and starts with the items closest to their SLA.
Explain this reportExplains the open report: the recommendation, the evidence behind it, its confidence and what to check before you decide.
Automation healthSummarizes agreement with your team, overrides, consistency, drift and QA per queue, and says whether a queue should change its autonomy.
Improve the policyLists the open policy questions and SOP gaps and proposes an answer or a rule for each, before changing anything.

#Where it works

  • The Investigator page, every tab, and the setup while you fill it in.
  • A case, transaction or verification that shows an Investigator report: Copilot can accept or override the report there, and on a case or verification the Investigator decided on its own it can override that decision while it stands, as Override does.
  • Anywhere else in the console, Copilot can still read the Investigator's review of a record, including one already decided, and answer questions about the Investigator from this Help Center.

#What Copilot can do

Queue and reports
  • Filter the queue by scope, source, recommendation, confidence, SLA, contested items, information requests or the external queue, change the order, search by name or ID and move between pages.
  • Open a report by its subject's name, a session, transaction or case number, and explain it.
  • Accept a recommendation, accept it with your edits to the narrative, or override it with a category and a reason.
  • Override a decision the Investigator took on its own, from the case or verification that shows it, while that decision stands.
  • Read the review of a verification or transaction the queue no longer lists, for example one already decided.
  • Accept every report that is ready to accept, or the ones you name.
  • Add a note for the team, ask for a re-review, close an information request, and download a contest photo or a file the person attached.
  • Draft a SAR or STR, sign the draft with the name you give it, discard it or download its goAML file. Didit never files a report for you.
  • Pin a report to the golden set with its expected outcome.
  • Download a report's review record as a PDF.
Questions, Policy and SOP
  • Open a policy question, show what an answer would change, and answer it or dismiss it.
  • Show the policy's versions, open a validation report and restore an earlier version.
  • Read the SOP, its draft, the interview, the messages to people and the gaps; publish or discard the draft, paste your SOP as text, answer the interview, change a rule's message, run the gap check and add or dismiss a gap.
  • Accept or dismiss a workflow recommendation, update or unpin golden-set items, accept or dismiss a suggested golden-set item, and create, answer, activate, pause or remove a custom check.
  • Export the policy or the SOP as PDF, Word, CSV or JSON.
Settings, autonomy and setup
  • Pause automation, so people decide every item, and resume it.
  • Change a queue's threshold, QA sample, daily limit, SLA or rollout, its segments and the locks, after checking them the way Check impact does.
  • Set the amount cap and whether queues move up on their own.
  • Go back to shadow mode, or turn the Investigator off.
  • Lower a queue's autonomy. To raise a queue to Auto or Full auto, Copilot opens the same dialog as Settings, with its backtest, and you acknowledge and confirm it there yourself.
  • Change the monthly spending limit, the report language, hidden fields, the model profile, information requests and explanations to people, the network depth, and the web research sources.
  • Connect, test or remove the Slack or Microsoft Teams channel for alerts.
  • Fill in the setup, run its backtest and finish it once you confirm its statement, upload your policy from a link or a file you attached in the chat, and ask your team about a backtest disagreement.
Dashboard, Performance and Activity
  • Read the dashboard, the performance for 7, 30 or 90 days, consistency, drift and QA.
  • Filter Activity by kind, person and period, and export it as CSV or as the PDF audit pack, or download the reports in view as a ZIP of review records.
  • Start a Quick check, a consistency check, a QA pass, a golden-set run, a custom check's backtest or a refresh of the workflow recommendations, and follow the QA passes, golden-set runs and backtests while they run.
  • Start an AI backtest. It is paid per session re-read, so Copilot first gets the price estimate, tells you the price per session and the maximum, and starts it only at that price once you approve it. It can also stop one that is running.

#What always waits for you

  • Every decision and every change. In the console, everything Copilot changes stops on a confirmation card first: accepting, overriding, notes, drafts, autonomy, settings, the policy and the SOP, and every check or backtest it starts, the free Quick check included. Deny cancels it.
  • Going to Auto or Full auto. Copilot only opens the dialog. You review the backtest, acknowledge it and confirm.
  • The fixed guardrails. Copilot cannot switch them off. Sanctions matches still go to a person and fraud or AML reasons never reach the person you verify.
  • Regulatory reports. Copilot can draft and, with your name, sign a SAR or STR draft, once you confirm that you will file it yourself. Filing it is always yours.
  • Finishing the setup. Copilot finishes it only after you confirm the statement the setup asks you to confirm.
  • Answers about the Investigator. Copilot reads the Help Center article in full and answers in your language, with a link to it. It never describes a feature from memory.

Decisions Copilot makes for you are marked via Copilot in Activity.

#Who can use it

Copilot has exactly your permissions. Reading reports needs access to those records, deciding an item needs write access to that kind of record, and changing the setup, autonomy, policy or settings needs permission to change application settings. See the Investigator for what each tab shows and how Didit Copilot works for approvals and attachments.

#Examples

  • "Which reports can I accept safely right now?"
  • "Open Maria Oliveira's report and tell me why it recommends a resubmission."
  • "Accept the high-confidence approvals in the queue."
  • "Pause the automation."
  • "What would an AI backtest of my SOP draft over 30 days cost?"
  • "Why did the Investigator approve this transaction?" (on the transaction)
  • "Override this decision and send it to a person: the customer's source of funds is not proven." (on a case the Investigator decided)
  • "Show me the SOP gaps and suggest a rule for each."
